TATA HALL (Auditorium)
A 310-seater state-of-the-art auditorium with advanced sound, LED screen, and cameras – perfect for conferences, lectures, performances, and large gatherings with professional event support.
Price: Rs. 50,000/- per session
SEMINAR HALL 3 (2nd floor)
Large and airy space accommodating ~120 participants, theatre-style seating with a stage and podium, AV systems (95” TV, lapel mic, and sound system), and flexible seating – ideal for workshops, training sessions, and academic or corporate discussions.
Price: Rs. 10,000/- per session
SEMINAR HALL 1 and 2
Versatile seminar halls accommodating 24–40 participants, AV systems, and flexible seating – ideal for small workshops and training sessions.
Price: Rs. 5,000/- per session
BOARD ROOM
A modern boardroom located on Basement 1 with executive boardroom-style seating for 12, accommodating up to 20 pax, a 75″ TV, and a premium setting for strategic meetings, presentations, and high-level decision-making sessions.

MULTI-PURPOSE HALL
Dedicated areas for exhibitions, product launches, and showcases with high-speed connectivity and event support. Flexible seating accommodates up to 80 pax for meetings or F and B buffets, enabling impactful industry and alumni displays.

MEETING ROOMS (ARKAVATHI, BHIMA, NETHRAVATI, PALAR, PENNAR, SHARAVATHI, TUNGABHADRA)
A wide selection of 5-7-seater meeting rooms equipped with a 55″ TV, ideal for team discussions, client meetings, or collaborative sessions in a compact, professional setting.
Price: Rs. 100/- per hour
ROOFTOP DINING
A spacious, semi-covered dining zone with modern seating, ambient lighting, and ventilation – ideal for informal discussions, networking, team lunches, or relaxed post-event gatherings in a comfortable setting.

Terms and Conditions
All facilities are air-conditioned (unless otherwise specified) and include shared Wi-Fi internet access.
Charges are per session. Three standard slots are available:

5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

GST at 18% is applicable on all bookings.
