Ajit Chakravarti is a B.Tech from IIT/K (1972) and holds an MBA from IIMC (1974). He has held senior management positions, served as CEO & EVP; President & CEO of large IT Companies and VP-Global HR in KK Birla Group overseeing the Group’s HR. He was the past chairman of Indo American Chamber of Commerce(IACC), Karnataka chapter and also served as Senior Vice President, South India Council of IACC and Member of its The National Executive Committee. He was an Adjunct Professor at T.A.Pai Management Institute, was the Convenor of Tapmi Centre of Collaborative Learning(TCCL) and an Adjunt faculty at Presidency College. He was as an independent management consultant and behavioral trainer and since 2006, he has been rendering training, consulting and advisory help to corporates and individual entrepreneurs.

Anand Talwai is Co-Founder & Executive Director of NextWealth. His rich experience in ICT industry encompasses both corporate sector and starts ups. A common thread through his career is passion for creating green field profit making companies, business divisions and leading them.
Anand was with Wipro since its initial days heading its customer satisfaction and quality functions and leading its communications division. He created and was CEO of Wipro BT Ltd (JV with BT ) and Wipro Net Ltd (JV with KPN), both high valuation businesses. Ashok Kamath has been the Managing Trustee since 2003 and Chairman of Akshara Foundation since July 1, 2008. He has been actively involved in the strategic planning, analysis and expansion of programmes at Akshara Foundation since 2003. Ashok is also a founder trustee of Pratham Books which aims to have A Book in Every Child’s Hand.

Prof. Ashok Misra is the former Director of IIT Bombay (2000-08). Prior to this he was at IIT Delhi (1977-2000). He obtained his B.Tech. at IIT Kanpur, M.S. at Tufts University and Ph.D. at University of Massachusetts. He is a Fellow of National Academy of Sciences India and was its President from 2006-08 and a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering. He is currently the Chairman-India of Intellectual Ventures located in Bangalore.
P. Balaram did his BSc at Fergusson College, Pune and MSc in Chemistry from IIT Kanpur (1967-1969). After a PhD at Carnegie-Mellon and a post-doctoral year at Harvard he joined the faculty of the Molecular Biophysics Unit at the Indian Institute of Science in December 1973 as a Lecturer. He retired over 40 years later as Director IISc, a position he held between 2005 and 2014.
He has primarily been involved in academic research and teaching, with the usual advisory roles in Government committees and scientific journals. Lecturing and writing have been his main activities over the years, in addition to the inevitable, and sometimes complex, demands of academic administration.
B.Tech. in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, he worked for 8 years last as Branch Manager Computer Point before founding Computer Factory (I) Pvt Ltd. in 1989.

Kota Harinarayana got his doctoral degree in Aeronautical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He got his BSc (Engg) from Benaras Hindu university and M.E (Aeronautics) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He is currently Dr D S Kothari DRDO Chair professor at ADA. He was President of Aeronautical Society of India in 2002 and Vice Chancellor of University of Hyderabad during 2002-2005. He was Rajaramanna Fellow at National Aerospace Labs during 2005-2010. He was distinguished Visiting Professor at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay during 2008-2012. and Pratt & Whitney chair professor at University of Hyderabad.
He was distinguished Scientist of DRDO, Program Director and Chief Designer of India’s Light Combat Aircraft program. Has experience in the area of Systems Engineering, Aircraft Design, Technology Management, Program Management, Safety ‘ Airworthiness Management and Academic Administration.
He received number of awards including National Aeronautics Prize, Distinguished Aluminus Award from IIT,Bombay and Indian Institute of Science; Life time achievement Award from DRDO and National Academy of Engineering; Padmashree from Government of India.
Kumar earned M.Des graduate degree in 1981 from IIT Bombay, after B.Arch degree from Bangalore University. He went on to study at Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan, USA, and earned MFA degree in Product Design.
Worked with Philips Holland and Philips India as head of Design before starting his entrepreneurial venture, Leubin Design in Bangalore. Designed many products for GE International, Philips, TVS and many leading companies. He also founded Leubin Constructions, promoted and built many iconic buildings in Banagalore.
Kumar left for Canada in 1999, earned his MBA from Rotman School of Business, Toronto University in 2001, while working full time establishing project management online solutions for the construction industry.
Kumar returned to Bangalore in 2003 and set up Sycon group, specializing in construction and development of buildings using precast concrete technology.
